The Province of Quebec has an Immigrant Investor Program which attracts high net-worth individuals and their families and is handled by the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion. Quebec has a modern, pluralistic and egalitarian society that has welcomed more than 45,000 new immigrants yearly since 2004.
